Provide various events that work for everyone. Raise funds to supplement educational materials and experiences. We work hard to promote open communication between the parents and staff. We also want parents and students to have events where they can get to know each other too. Below are descriptions of the types of activities we support and who manages each event.
Please email the PTO mailbox at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions, comments or suggestions.
See the types of activities we support below:

This event provides Chick-fil-A for students on Mondays. Deposits are due by XX Date to participate in this event in the Fall and XX Date to participate in the Spring.

Tea with the Linda Schreibstein
This event is new this year to provide a place for new students and parents to ask questions of Mrs. Schreibstein and other parents. The event will be held in late August.
The Edlin PTO has a goal of raising $500 from Box Tops this year. Please collect box tops from purcahses like school supplies, food, etc. (visit here for a list of products). Drop off Box Tops in the PTO mailbox in the main office area.
The Uniform Swap is where you can bring your child's clothes that have the Edlin crest and trade for pieces donated by other students. This helps when kids grow so fast! The Uniform Swap will be at the Fun Fair this year.
Let us know if you want to join us on our Ladies Night Out, we will post dates a month in advance and ask for RSVPs since there will be limited seating at some events. Please share places you like as well.
The Pampered Chef is done around holiday time and also this year likely in the spring as well.
Barnes and Noble Book Fair (twice a year)
This event is fantastic - when you purchase books at the event, be sure to turn in the Edlin flier at checkout and a % of the proceeds goes back to Edlin. The event starts on Friday and goes through Sunday, with fun activities for all.
Volunteer Recognition Events
Please send in your shout outs of recognition to the firstname.lastname@example.org mailbox. We then post them on the Recognition tab of the site.
